Scandinavian and German, you say?
Well, I had the chance to visit those countries.
I've been to Germany 4 or 5 times, and in 2008 I've been to Norway by car, crossing Denmark and Sweden halfway-through.
Even though I spent a while longer in Norway, I would love to visit Sweden once again, it seems prettier than Norway... and norwegian mountain landscapes may be found in Switzerland, where I've been to many times.
Actually, Switzerland was the stage of my very first trip abroad, when I was still 4, back in '96!

I envy you. I have not had a chance to visit any of those countries. I do have penpals there, however. Those sound like they were amazing adventures. Also, thank you. I do photograph well, although I should admit that day to day, I'm really very ordinary looking. 
I've never been to America either. So, no need to envy me, since I was born in an European country, and thus the rest of Europe is relatively close.
Unfortunately, for the past five years, I stopped travelling abroad every year, for several reasons. Less money, my father's car is too old (and my parents, in their sixties, are no longer young), widow 90-year-old grandmothers to take care of.
Anyway, I do hope I can pay a visit to England, where I haven't been to since 2004, sometime this year.
